Enjoy a fun-filled day of building log cabins, old-fashioned spelling bees, traditional dancing and watching how to make maple syrup like the pioneers did. Don't miss puppet and musical performances with Glen Caradus and free wagon rides around the Village.

Activities at the Village

Pioneer Play!

Kids can enjoy exploring a room full of hands-on pioneer activities such as building a log cabin, carding wool, or trying a yoke and buckets. Don't miss the giant dominoes and building blocks!

Puppets and Music with Glen Caradus! 11:30, 12:30, 1:30, 3:00

Listen and join in as Glen sings fun and interactive songs and introduces his puppet creations!

FREE Horse Drawn Wagon Ride! 12:00 - 3:30

Enjoy a trip around the Village on a horse drawn wagon! *Weather Permitting

Learn all about printing while you try your hand at setting spring words in type!

Sweets for the Sweet!

See how baking was done in the 1860s and try rolling out dough!
