slow seasoned local oven roasted turkey, Cranberry pesto mayo, crisp lettuce and cucumber

Black Creek Historic Brewery Program

We can help you create a truly unique experience for corporate events, weddings
and private functions, with activities and a menu designed just for you.
Here are just a few of many programs that we have to offer.

A Tutored Tasting with our Beer Expert

Take a fun break from your meeting with this 30-60 minute discussion with our onsite Beer Expert. No need to even leave your meeting room as we bring the brewery experience to you. You will have the chance to learn all about beer and sample some made right here onsite. Our Beer Expert will also delve into the interesting and sometimes shady politics and rumors of the brewing industry and Temperance movement of the 1800s. This is one experience you won't want to miss. Cheers!
This package is for groups of 25 or more.

 

Field to Firkin: Tour and Lunch (Daytime)

Immerse yourself in the brewery experience! Enjoy a wonderful three course meal of locally sourced ingredients down in our Historic Brewery and Pub Restaurant. Then, enjoy a private Field to Firkin brewery tour, a highlight for any visitor to Black Creek. Groups are welcome to wander through the historic village at any time throughout their day.
This package is for groups of 20-30 people.

 

Field to Firkin Brewery Tour (Daytime)

Join our Beer Expert as you are taken on a journey through the history of brewing in Ontario. Learn about the colourful characters involved in the brewing industry and temperance movement, sample our wares right from the cask, and visit the Mill and the Brewery to see where it all takes place.
This package is for groups of 20 - 25 people.
