Historic Brewery Restaurant & Pub located in the Half Way House Inn

Located in the heart of the Village, this 19th century style dining room, with its stone face fireplace and rustic ambience, provides a charming atmosphere to enjoy some light refreshments or daily seasonal specials. The Historic Brewery Restaurant & Pub hosts a number of special meals through the year such as Thanksgiving Dinners and Christmas Dinners. Dates & Hours of Operation

May : Open Saturdays and Sundays and Victoria Day, from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm
June 1st- October 31st : Open daily from 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm
November : Open Saturdays and Sundays from 12pm - 3pm
December : Open daily from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
* The last day is December 21st to be open to public.

Event Pavilion Snack Bar & Barbeque

The snack bar is an ideal place to go for a quick snack or lunch. Outdoor seating is available. Beginning May 13, the Pavilion will be open weekends only until July 1. Daily from July 1st through September 1st and weekends only in September and October. Open from 12pm - 4pm. Please note that the last day of operation for the Pavilion Snack Bar & Barbeque is Sunday October 27, 2013.

Black Creek Gift Shop

Located in the Visitor's Centre, the shop features a wide selection of historical books, CDs, souvenirs, handcrafted reproductions of 19th century household items such as lanterns, slate boards (the first computer ) and slate pencils, historical maps and newspapers of the period along with historic communities book series for ages 6 to 14. The Gift Shop also offers light snacks, beverages, and candies. The shop accepts Visa, MasterCard , Amex, and debit card, and all sales support village operations
