Located in the heart of the Village, this 19th century style dining room, with its stone face fireplace and rustic ambience, provides a charming atmosphere to enjoy some light refreshments, daily seasonal specials or afternoon tea. The Historic Brewery Restaurant & Pub hosts a number of special meals through the year such as Thanksgiving Dinners and Christmas Dinners.Check the Events Calendar for details.

The snack bar is an ideal place to go for a quick snack or lunch. Outdoor seating is available. Beginning May 15, the Pavilion will be open weekends only until July 1. Daily from July 1st through September 6th and weekends only in September and October. Open from 12pm - 4pm. Please note that the last day of operation for the Pavilion Snack Bar & Barbeque is Saturday October 31, 2010.
Located in the Visitor's Centre, the shop features a wide selection of historical books, CDs, souvenirs, handcrafted reproductions of 19th century household items such as lanterns, slate boards (the first computer ) and slate pencils, historical maps and newspapers of the period along with historic communities book series for ages 6 to 14. The Gift Shop also offers light snacks, beverages, and candies. The shop accepts Visa, MasterCard , Amex, and debit card, and all sales support village operations
For a 19th century general store experience, visit the Laskay Emporium in the heart of the Village where you can purchase gift and period housewares. Those with a sweet tooth can find rock candy suckers, licorice plugs, licorice root, sour drop candies, old fashion padukes (large candy suckers ) and fresh fudge. All sales support village operations.
